La Presenza nella sua definizione, e’ qualcosa che e’ “pre” de l' “essenza”; cioè qualcosa che “sta” prima di “essere” o “rappresentare qualcosa”. Quello che “sta” in scena è il nostro corpo nella sua integritá psico-fisico - emozionale. E’ il corpo , il mezzo attraverso il quale ci rapportiamo con i nostri compagni, con lo spazio e con il pubblico. Il corpo è il nostro strumento di lavoro. Per questo motivo, il corpo deve “essere conosciuto”, “allenato” e “accordato” (come se fosse uno strumento musicale) per essere sempre Presente sopra un palcoscenico a prescindere dell’azione scenica da realizzare (recitare, cantare, suonale, ballare o semplicemente parlare).
