El espectáculo es una propuesta de reflexión sobre la relación que se establece entre el arte y el entorno urbano. Así la "Rampa Prenestina", ese enorme cilindro en la periferia romana de siete pisos con una calle transitable en su interior, se reinventa y vuelve un "recorrido emocional” que parte de las características arquitectónicas y culturales del lugar.

Torre de cemento armado, primer espacio cerrado e impenetrable, evocador de historias fantásticas y leyendas metropolitanas, se convierte en un nuevo mundo dentro del cual desentrañar las dinámicas de la vida cotidiana, de la ciudad y del proceso social de la comunicación. La dramaturgia se ha inspirado en la iconografía de la Torre de Babel, en los textos de las ciudades invisibles de I. Calvino y algunos escritos de Kafka y de Erri De Luca.

Realizado a través de una intensa actividad de búsqueda sobre el espacio físico, sonoro e imaginario, el trabajo ha producido un espectáculo itinerante e interactivo para 25 espectadores. El público ha de atravesar un mundo desconocido en el que lentamente se descubren reglas y dinámicas: el espectador, en contacto cercano con el actor, vive un viaje, inicialmente colectivo pero que luego se va transformando en una búsqueda personal e íntima.
