Susanne Linke, bailarina y coreógrafa, es fundadora de la Susanne Linke Company. La artista alemana ha incidido de forma decisiva en el panorama coreográfico, habiéndose formado con Mary Wigman en Berlín y trabajado con grandes referentes de la danza como Pina Bausch.

Susanne Linke ha recibido numerosos premios internacionales, entre los cuales en 2007 recibió el galardón “GERMAN DANCE PRIZE” como reconocimiento de sus méritos; en 2008 fue nombrada “L’officier de l’orde pour les arts et des lettres” por el Ministerio de Cultura de Francia y en 2010 fue reconocida con el título de Professior de la Folkwang Universität, de Essen. Los territorios de la Danza y el Teatro, a través de su trabajo, se han acercado profunda y poéticamente. Junto con Pina Bausch, Susane Linke es una de las mujeres que han generado el cambio más importante en la danza en Europa en el último siglo.
