Hernán Gené (Argentina). Actor, Director y Pedagogo. Tras haber reunido experiencia en el teatro comercial, el cine y la televisión hacia finales de los 70 y primeros de los 80, comienza a partir de 1984, con diversos y prestigiosos maestros, a explorar el terreno del Clown de Teatro, fundando junto a otros compañeros, el grupo El Clú del Claun, y más tarde el colectivo La Cuadrilla.

A partir de 1991 comienza paulatinamente a alejarse del teatro exclusivamente de humor buscando nuevas formas de expresión, y también tomando diversos seminarios con el Odín Teatret de Dinamarca. En ese camino, que lo lleva a Asía en busca de distintas formas de teatro, se produce, en 1997 su tercer encuentro con la compañía Ur Teatro, del País Vasco (España), al que se incorpora como actor para el montaje de “Trabajos de amor perdidos” de W. Shakespeare y como guía de entrenamiento para su gira

Ha participado en la XII Sesión de la ISTA (International School of Theatre Anthropology), que dirige Eugenio Barba y en la Odin Week de agosto de 2002. Sigue colaborando con el Odin Teatret en diversas actividades artísticas.

Trabaja como docente desde 1985 y ha impartido talleres y seminarios en Latinoamérica, Europa y África. Vive en Madrid desde 1997.
