Bridges is born with the idea of generating a space for intensive research and creation for the actor-dancer. A lab residency allows us to expand on our technical and creative abilities in an environment of trust and respect generated by the group.
In the mornings we will be working in nature with yoga, kalari and singing techniques; psycho-physical training and work on script will take place in the studio –through techniques that derive from physical theatre and dance theatre.
The afternoon is dedicated to creative work. We will use improv techniques, object manipulation, choreography composition and singing.
The creative work is aimed at the production of a culminating show, which will be presented in the frame of the 20th edition of the ARZIBANDA Festival, performed in the streets of the village of Capistrello.
